Inspiron 9300 Won't Powerup Only LED's Light Up and Shuts Down?
I have a problem were, I press the power button
the led # 2 or the A with the lock blinks like 3-4 times
and the laptop turns off.
I hear no response from anything, no hdd, no fans nothing
seems to go on.
I've had this problem before, and it was a fan not installed
properly, but I switch fan, cpu, top chassis cover. All I need is
the videocard which I don't have. Please guys, if anyone can
help me, I will really really appreciate it.

If the caps lock key is the only key lit, and the system is not turning on this usually points to a failure with the motherboard.
One thing to try would be taking the memory out and reseating it to see if the system powers on. If the system has two sticks of memory you can try alternating between the different slots, and booting with one stick of memory in the system at a time. Given that the processor has been replaced, if this does not work, the motherboard will most likely need to be swapped out.
